We are excited to see you this week!  There are a few important things that need to be done before school starts.  I have included the links to everything that needs to be completed with red asterisks next to the must do items. If you would like to complete your forms at the office, please come in. We are here to help. 😀

After you meet with your student’s teacher we have a fun passport for you to complete with your family! Don’t forget to bring your bingo card for a prize. 

Also mark your calendars. We are planning a lunch on the lawn event on September 18th!!!

MEDICATION AT SCHOOL

In order for children of any age to receive medication at school, we must have a valid medication authorization form signed by a licensed health care provider and a parent/guardian. This is true for prescription, over-the-counter, and self-carry medications. The only medications a student may self-carry are inhalers, epinephrine autoinjectors, and diabetes treatment supplies. All other medication should be stored at school. Medication stored at school must be brought in by an adult and be in the original container showing the student’s name and dosage. Submit the authorization form prior to or along with the medication. Medication authorization forms are only good for the current school year.

 BREAKFAST AND LUNCH * 

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR EVERY FAMILY TO COMPLETE even if you do not qualify for Free or Reduced lunch. 

Breakfast and Lunch will be FREE at Esquire Hills this school year. All families are encouraged to complete a Child Nutrition Eligibility & Education Benefits (CNEEB) Form at the beginning of each school year.  This form will help qualify your student(s) for Free or Reduced Price Meals, reduction of school fees and SUNbucks Summer EBT benefits.  Completion of a CNEEB form also helps your child's school qualify for other benefits: https://linqconnect.com/public/meal-application/new

Cash, Check, and Cards (4.5% convenience fee for cards) can be accepted in the office.

RETURNING STUDENT CHECK-IN *

Please complete your student’s Returning Student Check-In for the 25-26 School year.   

Click on this link  PowerSchool Parent Portal  (please do not use the app)

1. Select Student’s name tab along the top

2. Select the "Returning Student Check-in" icon on the lower left side

3. Agree to the terms and conditions

4. Click "Begin Forms"
